Artero Ear Stick - ear glue for dogs 30ml
Ear glue for dogs to maintain proper positioning. Often used on puppies. Non-irritating.
EFFECT: Quick-drying, long-lasting adhesive.
USE: Trains puppy ears to grow in the correct position.
HOW TO USE:
Do NOT cut the coat in the application area. Apply a drop of adhesive with a cotton swab on one of the sides to be glued.
Wait 10 seconds and stick the two points together and hold for 40 seconds. To remove, shave the hair growing between the adhesive and the skin. It is recommended to perform an allergy test 24 hours prior to use.
USE ON PUPPIES:
Ear glue does not irritate the skin.
To be effective, it should be used between one and a half months and six months of age.
The ears should remain glued in the correct position for long periods, more than a month, and it could be several depending on the difficulty.
Always perform an allergy test prior to use.
In case the dog scratches or rubs, use a cone until it gets used to the feeling of having the ears glued. The glue, if not removed by the puppy, will last for weeks.
In case the puppy manages to detach the ear, it is likely to lose hair, generating a slight irritation that we must disinfect and wait for it to recover 100% before re-gluing in the same area.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Put a protective cone during the first few days so that it gets used to the feeling of having the ear glued.
FORCED REMOVAL OF GLUE:
The glue comes off as the hair grows.
If you want to remove the glue earlier, you must cut the hair that has grown between the skin and the glue with a clipper.
Use the finest blade possible.
The remains can be removed with hot water.
