Usage:

After washing with Spectrum One Shampoo, apply Spectrum One Substance Builder to damp hair. Massage thoroughly into the hair for 2-3 minutes, paying special attention to the ends of the hair. Allow the product to act for 2-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Then apply Spectrum One Conditioner to fix thickness and volume.
